Our Training, Learning and Consulting (TLC) Unit at madiba is committed to empowering individuals and organizations, including experts, managers and governments. Together with our team of national and international experts we offer tailored, high-quality training programmes and consulting services, fostering sustainable development and impactful change. We carry out projects on the local, national and supra-regional level in Africa and beyond. In total we have worked on projects in over 70 countries spanning 5 continents, commissioned by institutions such as the German Federal Foreign Office (Auswärtiges Amt), Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), the German Federal Ministry for Economics Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK), and the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ).

Effective state institutions are the basis of prosperous societies worldwide. Madiba offers technical and methodical consulting services with a focus on good governance as well as conflict prevention and resolution.
We believe good governance includes not only the government sector but all relevant actors from the private sector and society. To prevent civilian crisis madiba's experts take economic, social, political and increasingly also environmental factors into consideration. Aiming to improve citizens' access to public services and political participation we especially focus on partner countries and organisations in North and West Africa and the Middle East.
