We offer a range of data collection methods at various points in time during a project e.g. for baseline and endline studies as well as impact assessments.
Results-oriented M&E
Results-oriented M&E is an approach for monitoring performance and evaluating the long-term results of projects. Our MEL Unit designs such approaches and systems in a participatory manner (e.g. workshops) to obtain tailor-made solutions.
GIZ-Expertise
We have profound knowledge of and adhere to GIZ principles such as results-based monitoring (WoM), KOMPASS, and Capacity WORKS.
Digital monitoring
Our strategy to develop digital monitoring systems involves not only the use of mobile technology and innovative software solutions, but also the exploration of new data souces and latest tools to continuously improve our M&E programs.
As part of a KOMPASS mission for the GIZ project "Support to the Moldovan Government for the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda" two of our experts, Kristian Kampfer and Alma Gretenkord, conducted two validation workshops.
